BizKIT is a Microsoft Windows based
software tool that has been designed to track
and report on your employee's time. It replaces
manual methods of recording employee time, including
the use of time cards. In addition, BizKIT can
produce the required transactions to be sent to
your payroll system eliminating the need for payroll
clerks to key in the data.
An exception-based
system
Once BizKIT is setup with
the expected schedule for each employee, then
on a daily basis only the exceptions need to be
recorded in the system.
The result is a substantial decrease
in the amount of time required to record employee
time and as well a decrease in the potential for
input errors.
Type of Exceptions
BizKIT handles vacations, holidays, other
company defined paid days off, absences, overtimes,
job changes, shift changes, temporary job reassignments
and unexpected shift premiums.
Payroll
The payroll component of BizKIT provides for
information on pay grades, pay rates, shift differentials,
scheduled shift premiums, special overtime rules
and rules on how to handle changes to previous
payroll periods.
Using this information, as well
as the expected employee schedules and the exceptions
entered into the system, BizKIT can then produce
a transaction file that can be sent to your weekly,
biweekly or monthly payroll system, thus eliminating
the time required by your payroll clerk to enter
this data.
